The build: grey digital camo on one side, dark olive on the other, a beige panel under the arm. EMPOWER stands tall down the rib in block letters with a light outline. The black PMC badge rides the chest. PMC on the left sleeve band, and a reverse-field U.S. flag on the right shoulder so the stars lead when you move. Across the shoulders on the back: Together. Everywhere. Every child.
